Had building sand delivered but I need yellow not brown. They have swapped it for me no problem.
I ordered sand expecting yellow building sand but received brown sand instead. It turns out yellow isn’t available in some areas of the UK, so it’s worth messaging the seller first if you specifically need yellow. That said, the delivery driver was spot on, and there were no issues with the return and refund.
